Process Design

Our in-house team of process engineers offer turnkey process design and project management. 

We ensure the process design is going to be fit for purpose. In order to do this, we take a step back and take an outside look at your current plans to see how the plant will tie together as a whole.

We can also assist with determining the project scope, which could range from supplying individual items of capital equipment such as an HTST pasteuriser, right through to a full integrated turnkey project, including supply, installation, commissioning and training.

From there, we formally draw up the process flow diagram, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P & ID), building and plant layouts etc. Our draftperson will draw up 3D models of the plant and layouts.

Industrial Electrical Services & Plant Automation

Electraflo, our team of industrial electricians, have a wealth of knowledge and experience in industrial and commercial electrical and data environments.

The Electraflo team:

• Design, fabricate and install control systems (DB’s and MCC’s)
• Install and intergrate hydraulic and pneumatic control systems for the pumping of all fluids if required
• Upgrade Machinery control
• Install and automate the PLC (programming logical controller)
• Design and programme process control & automation
• Design the computer data logging of process
• Design and program SCADA systems for data capture
• Install and automate VSD (variable speed drive)

Project Management

Our project managers can manage your project timeline, and liaise with your external contractors (e.g. civil engineers) so your Thermaflo project lead is your single point of contact.

Your project lead will keep you informed of progress through regular meetings (in-person, or online) photos and videos – and they’re available to discuss your project via phone or email when you need.
