Framax carbonated bottle fillers are suited to any sparkling beverage; including beer, wine, juice, mineral water or pre-mixed RTD’s.

The fillers suit a range of manufacturers from small to medium through to large beverage manufacturers who require a high-speed filling line.

Filling volume: 200ml – 750ml

Filling rates: Single and multi-head filling options – depending on requirements

Filling Methods: Electropneumatic counterpressure filler (carbonated) or Low vacuum-gravity (still wines or alcohol)

Suitable for Filling: Carbonated beverages into glass or plastic bottles

Closing options: ROPP, Crown cap, PET Cap, cork, wirehood etc.

  • Optional air evacuation and inert gas saturation of the bottles prior to filling
  • All parts in contact with the product made in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.
